Just hoping it is not just a lot of tiny boutique spendy shops like in downtown L.O. or Bridgeport… I think a big anchor discount store like ROSS or Nordstrom Rack or Burlington, Marshall’s… would be super for this area.

What are plans for Barbara Johnson’s and Michael’s currently in the KMart strip mall?

Please send updates as there is not much news … just lots of rumors. Rumor is that Cabella’s is going in. Seems we have enough sporting goods close by… Dick’s, REI, etc.
Need some great retail and nice dining establishments.

Looked forward to a new shopping area when Nyberg Woods went in… Then it came in with not-so-great stores… so not very happy with how that one turned out. Hope this one is more exciting!

I have long thought that this property has a lot of potential. The biggest key in my mind to creating long term value is to design the river side into a kind of Tualatin River water front area.
