I guess that Americans are simply not used to live in small homes because of the large amount of land. Here in UK it is normal that people live in very tiny apartments but as the population in cites in America grows you should start to build smaller homes to fit more people in the same area.

While most of America do not have the overcrowding problem that developing cities like Mumbai or Shanghai have, it will be a matter of time where urban areas will become crowded, and buildings either have to be built higher to accommodate more people, or houses have to be scaled down. Builders need to be able to respond to this demand in the near future.

I guess it’s just time for adapting to smaller living, quite small rooms it seems like, would have liked to see pictures of the inside as well.

That just means that anyone who wants to place one of these where they would like it, and live in it had better hurry, before the “architects, developers, builders, remodelers, urban designers, policy makers and real estate professionals” make it unaffordable to do so. The word is out!
