Now, given the recent consequences of exporting nuclear technology to Japan and the current advice of our best scientists on CO2 emissions (Ex: American Meteorological Society – ), saying “yes” to projects that simply send pollutants “upstream” from the Pacific Northwest does not seem like a sustainable strategy going forward.
