We either have a moron for governor or the leadership at Clatsop County are all dumb. Rendering Oregon as a refuge for tree huggers and others with the delusions of climate change agenda will bring no prosperity to a State that is still in the third grade economically while California and Washington are in pursuing Masters degree.
