If Portland isn’t careful they’ll find themselves in the same situation as Vancouver, BC. With families being priced out of the market and seeking oppurtunities in other provinces with substantially lower cost of living. We’ve allready seen that happen within the Metro area with the decades-long flight to suburbia, let us hope Portland moves forward with a “common sense approach” to growth.
