The project is technically being developed by the Multi-Cultural Development Group, LLC of which Guardian Real Estate Services, LLC is the managing member.

Central City Concern expects that The Miracles Club may be equity eligible within two to four years.

Central City Concern has raised capital funds for this project; Major donors include:

The Collins Foundation
Legacy Health Systems
Providence Health Plan
The Mitzvah Fund of the Oregon Community Foundation
Downtown Development Group

Staff from both Central City Concern and The Miracles Club will provide onsite services.
