This abandoned lot was an eyesore and was dangerous and had sat vacant for at least the last 10 years. The builders did a great job with density and design and parking. Kenton and other neighborhoods do need more rentals and this building is literally 30 steps from the max line so was the right type of build in the right locations. Those who say otherwise are short sighted or NIMBY idiots.

So where are the other 40 units expected to park in an already dense area?
Not everyone rides a bike or takes public transit.
Think again before you build anything else around here.
