I have been a Portland resident since 1975. I have considerable research about Schacht genealogy, and also some fascination about Emil Schacht ever since I first heard of him. My wife and I live in an 1894 Victorian home in SW Portland, and we have been enthusiasts of Victorian architecture since we met around 1975. I think it would be great to connect with Heuer and Mercer to learn at least some of what they have, about Emil Schacht.
