This week I believe Francisco has contacted my husband and I we did not call him but he reported a missed phone call from my husband. There is no record of this mess phone call my husband’s phone and Francisco showed me his phone with a picture of my husbands phone number. I find this very concerning due to the fact I am the contact for all the repairs on the house and for them calling my husband it me and somebody has released our contact information to him about our basement. The repairs needed in our basement are not that big and I thought he was one of the other contractors who were responding to her multiple attempts to get our basement fixed. Upon reading this post and speaking with him in person when he came out to review the house I am even more concerned something really needs to be done to protect people from people who are taking a vantage and are working the system. If this man truly does go over 100,000 dollars he should be prosecuted at a higher level than when he is currently being prosecuted at. It was just by chance I happened to stumble upon this article and identify the picture of the individual I meant in the names matching to this. I feel even more insecure now about having any contractor coming to my house.

Government needs to get out of regulating contractor cause not only is in never needed it is the best way to control WHO becomes one. this Marxist state tells us we are to STUPID as contractors to do large construction without working for a union , You cannot become a large contractor through Oregon contrators board with out a union telling them YOU are capable of doing the work , this leads to WHO can be a contractor and should be against the constitution. we have a right ot pursue happiness and this should be against the law period. it also allows for buddy systems. unions will only allow certain type of individuals to become licensed on large commercial public works . this is where the democratic Marxist party of Oregon has really taken over , its there perfect dream to have power. these contractors will be the next generation of donators to the Marxist democratic party of Oregon. they have taken trades and split them into different categories within the trade , this forces small business to stay small cause they will never have the opportunity to expand into the large commercial work without the OK from unions. this is NOT legal but in Oregon Democratic laws made by Marxists have taken this freedom from new contractors they just will never know it . the CREAM always comes to the top.. this guy was a contractor trying to save money with most likely a illegal advertising in a KNOWN website that allows them to put adds in for work.. he knew it. the laws were broken .. the laws need to be used to take this guy down and for a long time, he defrauded the guy ..thats enough to have him arrested.. but with liberalism in this state they have created a way for this guy to keep playing the game. Law enforcement needs to be used NOT another agency.. all they do is take money from the contractors who are trying to be good and use if for worthless investigations that police can do and SHOULD do . give them the money for it, SHUT DOWN the CCB .. they dont provide ANYTHING a consumer can do on there own. they can sue the person, they can ask for performance bonds ,they can force the contractor to do what the contract says without the ccb. It amazes me how government thinks we are so stupid.. but then we know its all about money and power.. GET RID OF THE CCB. they are worthless. the consumer needs to use the laws not the ccb.
