Taxing the wealthiest, and minimizing tax loopholes for Global companies based in Oregon? How about not having a kicker and instead this go into a rainy day fund for when there is a global pandemic? There is always opportunity for Govt to be more fiscally responsible but the reality is that there are growing needs for all citizens in this state and our current tax base does not support.
