If every job is to follow the rules to the letter of the agreement, there is not a single construction job in Washington other than simple repairs that could meet the requirements. How do you install a granite countertop, cabinets, large wood beams, appliances, etc while maintaining a minimum of 6′ between workers at ALL times? You don’t. So you do the best you can and hope to satisfy the powers that be. All the while wearing gloves, eye protection, and face masks…well beyond CDC requirements…but not good enough for Washington State.

In the meantime people work and shop at retailers such as grocery stores, Home Depot, Lowes, Costco, restaurants, and pot shops and there are no requirements in place for customers or the retailers for any type of PPE’s or distancing.
