It seems really wide to just accomdate foot traffic and bicycles. This is going through neighborhoods. I have heard that future plans are for Trimet to take over and put in tracks or run along the path. Is that why it is so wide? Are you being upfront with all the neighborhoods that this is going through and impacting? Having a quiet trail in your backyard is different that a Trimet train running through.
