BnK Construction is putting the finishing touches on a tenant improvement for a dental office on a shell space in Jantzen Beach. The 8-week build-out of the 2,876-square-foot space includes installing 10 examination rooms, an x-ray room, laboratory, reception areas, and restrooms. The practice is one of eight in the greater Portland area the contractor has built for California-based owner Pacific Dental Services. Design work on the project was done by the owner’s in-house architects.

A dental office in the Garden Home area of Southwest Portland is being remodeled by BnK Construction for Dr. Bradley Handick DDS. The full interior/exterior remodel of the 2,808-square-foot office includes a new sloped roof, new partitions and reconfiguration of space, floors and finishes, and cabinetry. The three-phase renovation has been performed while the business has stayed in operation, and is slated for completion in early December. The improvements were designed by Patricia Flora Smith at .

Work on the 1,290-square-foot space includes installation of a walk-in cooler, new electrical and plumbing systems, installation of a restroom and office, and new finishes. The store is slated to open in October.

BnK Construction is performing a tenant improvement for Banfield Pet Hospital on Southwest Barbur Boulevard in Portland. The 3,140-square-foot former Hollywood Video store is being outfitted with new floors and finishes, as well as complete exterior improvements including new awnings, roof, stucco, sidewalks and striping. The 12-week project is slated for completion in mid-November and is the fifth Banfield Pet Hospital project performed by BnK this year. Design work was done by Boulder, Colo.-based Animal Arts.

A trio of spaces in a Happy Valley strip mall are being renovated by from designs by . Two of the spaces, totaling 6,900 square feet, will be combined to house the Clackamas County Crisis Care Center, while a tenant is being sought for a 2,900-square-foot space. Workers are installing new interior walls, ceilings, lighting and聽flooring. The project began in October and is expected to be completed this month.

A two-phase tenant improvement project will eventually double the space for a Wilsonville veterinary clinic. The Animal Care Clinic at 29020 Town Center Loop E. will have more than 3,800 square feet of space for a reception area, clinic rooms, a surgery room and offices. BnK Construction Inc. is the general contractor for the renovation designed by Architectural Werks of Kirkland, Wash.
