Land use review for July 4 – July 8, 2022

• A Design Review is pending for the Toji Korean Grill House, at 4615 S.E. Hawthorne Blvd, Portland. The proposal calls for demolition of the canopy over the driveway, a small addition on the northwest corner of the building and a new covered patio to serve the restaurant. Annabelle Lee of Cadium Design is the applicant and Access Hawthorn and Steelman Development are the project owners.
