CENTURY 21 Cascade, based in Clackamas, has joined forces with fellow Portland metropolitan brokerage Residential Realty Northwest to expand the firm’s market share in and around Portland, as well as to broaden its service area in Central Oregon and Southwest Washington.

After establishing CENTURY 21 Cascade in 2020, president and CEO Patrick Smith has grown the company to become a leader in the Portland metropolitan market and has also expanded the firm’s reach to the communities of Bend and Sunriver, as well as recently opening an office in the community of Camas, Washington.

Located primarily within the same community, Residential Realty Northwest is also aware of how to market and sell to those looking to capitalize on Portland’s opportunities. Frank Joseph, the leader of Residential Realty Northwest, recognized the opportunity to join forces with CENTURY 21 Cascade and grow market share within the region.

The combined operations are now comprised of six offices and more than 80 affiliated sales associates. These sales professionals have several specializations in most facets of the Portland real estate market, such as luxury homes and estates, farms and ranches and commercial properties.

Prior to its merger with CENTURY 21 Cascade, Residential Realty Northwest shared many of the same specializations but lacked the access to some resources that the CENTURY 21 brand offers, CENTURY 21 stated in a press release.

As part of the CENTURY 21 Cascade team, Frank Joseph will continue to serve clients as managing principal broker.
