, a regional plumbing and water works supplier headquartered in , has agreed to the entire 276,092-square-foot of an under construction in , Washington.

The will include two buildings: the East Building and the West Building, which will be a 655,094-square-foot cross-dock warehouse with a 40-foot clear height and 130 trailer parking stalls.

The development was designed by for commercial real estate developer (TCC). is serving as the general contractor. The complex is scheduled for completion by this fall and is approximately 30 percent leased, TCC stated in a press release. It’s located at 345 N. Pekin Road in Woodland.

Capacity Commercial Group is marketing the Woodland Industrial Park for sale and lease; the firm represented TCC in lease negotiations. Consolidated Supply Co. was represented by Stu Peterson of Macadam Forbes.

The company plans to purchase the East Building and next year will have an option to do so or extend its lease, TCC spokesperson Cynthia Langhorst stated in an email.

Consolidated Supply Co., a fourth‑generation wholesale distributor founded in 1928, is dedicated to serving professional plumbers, utility contractors, and municipalities throughout the Pacific Northwest. The company’s 22 branch locations across Oregon, Washington, and Idaho are supported by a workforce of over 500 employees.
