TMT Development’s tower is now open for residential leasing as tenant improvements are under way on the office portion of the 30-story tower. The building features 202 studio, one- and two-bedroom apartment units, and residential amenities including indoor and outdoor gathering spaces and a fitness center. Twenty of the building’s apartments, which range in monthly rent from $2,156 to $4,525, have already been leased.

General contractor reached substantial completion on the -designed project last month. Meanwhile, tenant improvement work on the office portion of the building is ongoing, including a -designed buildout by for anchor tenant , which is occupying the building’s top nine stories. Other office include , Washington , , and the , while Charles Schwab has leased ground-floor retail space.
