Cindy Angeles grew up and went to college in Peru before moving to Portland about 20 years ago. After working in banking and other jobs, she earned her real estate license in 2016 and started her own team in 2021.

Care Real Estate Group specializes in residential properties, though it does occasionally partner with another firm on commercial property transactions. Angeles said her primary goal is to help the Latino community understand the many details of the contracts that are involved with both types of properties.

“Most of our clients are our friends and we’ve been to so many quinceañeras and parties. Those relationships are priceless,” Angeles said. “When we give them keys to their new home, that’s something that many people never imagined they could accomplish. We try to show them the importance of homeownership as a way to build wealth. It’s really nice to see families get ahead.”
