Humber Design Group has hired Riza Liu as project designer. In her new role, Liu’s responsibilities include project design, documentation, coordination, and stormwater calculations and reporting. She received her bachelor’s degree from Portland State University, and is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers and the Society of Women Engineers.
