Apex Cos. has promoted associate engineer Sam Jackson to senior associate engineer.

Jackson has been with Apex since 2009. In addition to helping clients limit their environmental liabilities in a wide variety of regulatory settings, he focuses his project and program work on soil and groundwater investigation and remediation at sites throughout the country.
