Moayad Zahralddin has spent slightly more than a year serving on a short-term contract as operations director for OAME to stabilize organizational operations following significant turnover. He is responsible for strategic planning, team rebuilding, financial management and enhancement of community engagement.
Zahralddin also is focused on restoring operational continuity, fostering an inclusive workplace culture, and rebuilding relationships with key stakeholders to ensure the organization’s long-term success.
Prior to joining OAME, Zahralddin served as vice president at STAT Association Management in Fairfax, Virginia. Over more than two decades there, he positioned multiple nonprofit client organizations for success by orchestrating the delivery of full-scope association management services.
He also advised boards of directors and executive directors on creating and implementing effective management policy, and steered delivery of strategies, plans and hands-on operational support for budgeting and financial management, marketing, recruitment, memberships, certification programs, event planning, vendor management, board elections and committee meetings.
