Nicole Davison Le贸n is executive director of the Hispanic Metropolitan Chamber, leading strategic growth and program restoration for the 31-year-old organization serving Oregon鈥檚 Latino business community. Le贸n, who has more than eight years of industry experience, including five with the chamber, has secured sustainable funding, expanded cross-sector partnerships, and boosted the chamber鈥檚 scholarship and small business development programs.

Le贸n serves as vice chair of the board of directors at Unitus Community Credit Union, where she chairs the Nominating Committee. She sits on the Small Business Resiliency Budget Committee for the Washington State Department of Commerce and the Portland Waterfront Pavilion Steering Committee. As a member of the Governor鈥檚 Racial Justice Council 鈥 Economic Opportunity Committee, she works to address systemic barriers and expand economic pathways.

A first-generation student and immigrant who grew up in a small business family, Le贸n focuses her leadership on equity, entrepreneurship support and community-driven economic development across Oregon and Washington.
