Lisa Keohokalole Schauer has dedicated 27 years to building collaborative teams and organizational cultures in the infrastructure and consulting sectors. As president of PointNorth Consulting, she focuses on supporting leaders and teams through strategic communications and stakeholder engagement.

Schauer has worked on major infrastructure projects throughout the Pacific Northwest, including bridge systems and hydropower facilities. She explained her greatest achievement has been 鈥渃urating teams and cultivating cultures grounded in shared values鈥� while creating environments where people feel connected and inspired.

Her leadership philosophy centers on authentic storytelling and amplifying diverse voices. Schauer served as board chair at Washington State University from 2023 to 2025 and is now a WSU regent. She serves on the Partners in Diversity leadership council and the national diversity, equity and inclusion committee for the Society for Marketing Professional Services.

Schauer鈥檚 community involvement includes board positions with the Columbia River Economic Development Council, Children’s Center, Columbia Credit Union and Clark College Foundation.
