From her early days of designing fire protection systems to her leadership as senior project executive, Christine Zinkgraf has pushed for positive changes in the construction industry for more than two decades.

Zinkgraf has made it her mission to mentor and inspire other women in construction. She volunteers with Girls Build, hosting camps to introduce young women to the trades. She is on the board of trustees for the French International School of Oregon, where she lends her expertise to campus renovation projects.

This year, Zinkgraf joined the board of directors for Commercial Real Estate Women鈥檚 Portland chapter, and she has co-chaired the programs committee for the Oregon chapter of the Design-Build Institute of America.

In addition, Zinkgraf addresses the gender disparity in her field by mentoring women co-workers. She is a leadership team member in her office and serves on three external boards. Her advocacy for improved parental leave policies has led to each of her employers making positive changes.
