Ryan Matthews, a superintendent at Walsh Construction, has built a 30-year career in the industry, including 15 years with Walsh. She successfully led a complex, occupied renovation across multiple floors and buildings, coordinating numerous additional projects with constantly changing schedules. The project was completed on time and under budget while lasting relationships were established with owners, tenants and subcontractors.
