Stacey Flint is a vice president at JE Dunn Construction with 12 years of experience in the industry. Throughout her career, she has organized and led charity and volunteer initiatives such as shelter renovations, sack lunch drives, holiday family adoptions, sustainability education programs, back-to-school drives and STEM outreach efforts that have strengthened community engagement.

Flint leads JE Dunn Northwest鈥檚 Moment Connection Group and the company鈥檚 women’s resource group, and actively participates in BUiLD (Blacks United in Learning and Development) and SOMOS, the Hispanic resource group. She focuses on fostering belonging, community engagement and leadership development through event planning and employee outreach.

She is a member of the National Association of Women in Construction and has represented JE Dunn at events hosted by the National Association of Minority Contractors-Oregon, Oregon Association of Minority Entrepreneurs, Professional Business Development Group and Business Diversity Institute. Flint鈥檚 leadership philosophy centers on empathy, active listening and creating environments where teams feel respected and heard while driving performance and growth.
