Barry A. Cain serves as president of Gramor Development. Throughout his 40-year career, Cain has focused on enhancing local communities through development projects with long-lasting positive effects. The Waterfront Vancouver stands as a prime example of his work. Cain noted his most gratifying accomplishment has been assembling and retaining a small, hard-working, talented team that has collaborated closely on numerous projects over an extended period.
“I’ve always felt that if I put my head down and worked hard, good things would happen,” he explained regarding his leadership philosophy.
Cain has supported a number of causes, including the Clark County Parks Foundation, Clark County Walk and Knock, Columbia Play Project, CREW, Loaves & Fishes, The Meals on Wheels People, PSU Foundation, and The Salvation Army.
