With more than 25 years of real estate investment and development experience, Kelly Saito oversees all acquisition and development initiatives at The Green Cities Company. His experience includes project sourcing, feasibility, financing, planning, construction, leasing and property operations. He also serves on the firm’s Investment Committee.
In 1996, Saito joined The Green Cities Company as the first employee of the firm’s original development company. In this capacity, he oversaw the development of $3 billion in assets. In 2002, he became a partner of the firm, and in 2009 he helped transition the company into an investment management firm, heading up all acquisitions and dispositions for investment capital.
Previously, Saito was a commercial real estate broker at Cushman & Wakefield. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Oregon.
Saito sits on the Board of Advisors for the Boston Ballet and A Better City (Boston). He is on the Harper’s Playground Advisory Council and the Japanese American National Museum Board of Governors.
