Michael Hamilton is the president of Seneca Development Co., a vertically integrated real estate firm encompassing construction, property management, investment management and development operations. With seven years in the industry, Hamilton built the company from inception, securing initial investment capital and breaking ground on its first development project.

Hamilton established Seneca鈥檚 operational philosophy around what he described as 鈥渃ulture by design 鈥� building a culture that builds itself,鈥� emphasizing collaborative leadership and mindful execution. 鈥淩eal estate development is a true team sport,鈥� he explained, noting that successful projects require strategic coordination among consultants, team members and stakeholders throughout various development phases.

Under Hamilton鈥檚 leadership, Seneca developed a positioning strategy he characterized as 鈥渨e are not the best; we are the only one,鈥� leveraging the company鈥檚 integrated structure to provide distinctive service to partners, investors and communities.

Hamilton serves as a speaker and advisor for Young Entrepreneurs Business Week, and he is involved with B4 Youth Program and Union Gospel Mission.
