Ross Kelley is a principal at Menashe Properties, where he has worked for more than six years in commercial real estate. He helped lead the firm’s contrarian acquisition of Montgomery Park in Portland in 2024 and 230 Monroe in Chicago in 2023. Each marked the company’s first landmark office property purchase in the respective markets.
Kelley explained that both acquisitions were executed against prevailing market sentiment, demonstrating the firm’s commitment to long-term value through disciplined execution and relationship-driven investing.
He said his leadership approach focuses on staying adaptable and acting decisively during market volatility to transform challenges into opportunities that create lasting value.
Kelley, who has been involved in the industry for 14 years, is on the board of Building Owners & Managers Association of Oregon, where he will serve as president in 2026, and the board of the YMCA of Columbia-Willamette. He also serves on the land use committee of the Multnomah Athletic Club and the jobs committee for De La Salle North Catholic High School.
