Stefanie Kondor has overseen the creation of more than 1,500 affordable housing units during her 13-year career in real estate development, including the past seven with Related Northwest where she serves as executive vice president of development. Her work focuses on envisioning and developing affordable housing projects that support underserved communities while incorporating systems designed to help families thrive.

Kondor leads development efforts with an emphasis on collaboration and collective input, working to create accessible housing solutions with built-in resources for residents. She balances her professional responsibilities with active involvement in her children鈥檚 lives, coaching youth sports and supporting their volunteer activities.

She serves at Portland State University鈥檚 Center for Real Estate. Previously, Kondor served on the Portland Housing Advisory Commission, the city鈥檚 primary forum for affordable housing policy discussion, and the Portland Inclusionary Housing Stakeholder Committee. She also served on the board of directors for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Portland and participated in the city of Hillsboro鈥檚 Community Action Committee on Housing Needs Analysis.
