During more than three decades with Trammell Crow Co., Steve Wells has held various leadership roles. He has focused on development, acquisition, brokerage, property management and construction management activities.

Wells has directed development and investment activity in the Portland-metro area since 2004. Before that, he worked in Trammell Crow’s offices in Chicago, Milwaukee and Indianapolis.

He was involved in the development of Cascade Station, the Hollywood Entertainment headquarters in Wilsonville, the Norm Thompson headquarters in Hillsboro and the Oregon Research Institute BTS in Eugene in addition to numerous corporate centers and offices.

A member of NAIOP, Wells serves on the advisory board of the Portland State University Center for Real Estate. He also has served as a board member of the Lake Oswego School District Foundation since 2006.

Wells holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and accounting from the University of Kansas, and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
