Tom Cody is founder and president of project^ and a real estate partner at 1803 Fund. He has 26 years of industry experience contributing to Oregon鈥檚 housing landscape. He conceived, capitalized and delivered MODOMI, a vertically integrated and scalable modular housing enterprise addressing Oregon鈥檚 workforce housing needs.

Cody serves on the Governor鈥檚 Housing Production Advisory Committee and the Mayor and Governor鈥檚 Multifamily Housing Taskforce, focusing on innovative housing solutions. He co-founded and serves as a board member of Albina Vision Trust and formerly chaired Oregon Ballet Theater.

Through his work, Cody has donated spaces for homeless shelters and collaborates with public-sector partners on creative housing and shelter solutions. He supports arts organizations including Bodyvox and Pickathon.
