Jordan Elliott, principal at NAI Elliott, has spent nine years helping evolve the 40-year-old family commercial real estate business in Portland. Working alongside his parents, Elliott has focused on modernizing the firm鈥檚 operations to serve next-generation clients while responding to market challenges and opportunities in Portland鈥檚 commercial real estate sector.

Elliott serves on the Portland State University Center for Real Estate advisory board and chairs All Hands Raised. He has served as chair of NAI Global鈥檚 leadership board since 2023. He also is a member of NAI Global鈥檚 property management council.

Greg Frick, co-founder of HFO Investment Real Estate, has spent 32 years shaping multifamily investment across the Pacific Northwest. For more than 26 years, he has helped build HFO into the region鈥檚 leading multifamily brokerage, guiding rental housing clients through market shifts, regulatory changes and evolving housing needs.

Frick leads with a focus on enduring relationships and client-first service, combining market expertise with strategic execution. He approaches challenges with a forward-looking perspective, helping rental housing providers and investors navigate complex transactions while making strategic connections across the industry.

Active in housing policy and advocacy, Frick engages with Multifamily NW, Oregon Smart Growth and the National Multifamily Housing Council. His participation in policy discussions supports housing development, economic vitality and solutions to Oregon’s housing challenges. 鈥淚 am driven to help rental housing providers and investors succeed, whether by navigating complex transactions, making strategic connections or engaging in housing policy discussions,鈥� Frick explained.

Todd Gooding has three decades of experience in commercial real estate, including 23 years with SKB. He is credited with developing the firm鈥檚 鈥渧alue-add/opportunistic鈥� acquisition platform. He was named a principal in 2002 and then president and chief investment officer in 2006.

During his tenure at SKB, Gooding has initiated about $4.36 billion of acquisitions, and concomitant debt placements and restructuring. He was also responsible for initially sourcing and maintaining SKB鈥檚 institutional capital partner relationships. He is a member of the firm鈥檚 Investment Committee.

Gooding started his career as a licensed real estate appraiser with the company then known as CB Commercial Inc. Before joining SKB in 1996, he served as vice president of acquisitions for G.E. Capital Investment Advisors and senior real estate analyst with CB Commercial Inc. in San Francisco. In those capacities, Gooding underwrote more than $500 million of commercial real estate investments.

He also is a member of ULI, ICSC and an Advisory Board member for The Center of Securities Analysis at the University of Oregon.

From Portland, Jason Green leads CBRE’s brokerage operations in Oregon and Southwest Washington; he has helped build the office into a market leader. The division鈥檚 culture was reshaped, professional standards were elevated, and professionals were aligned to deliver exceptional outcomes for clients. He explained that the transformation focused on developing highly skilled professionals deeply committed to excellence rather than simply growing revenue or head count.

Green鈥檚 leadership philosophy centers on clarity, consistency and trust in navigating complex market conditions. He noted that success comes from empowering professionals with tools, insights and support needed to guide clients toward optimal outcomes.

Green serves on the boards of NAIOP Oregon, Portland Metro Chamber, Westside Economic Alliance and Educational Opportunities for Children and Families. He also serves on the Portland State Center for Real Estate advisory board, maintaining strong ties to the regional business and real estate communities throughout his career.

Steven Klein has more than 43 years of experience in commercial real estate sales, leasing and development, with specialization primarily in industrial and flex properties. His career accomplishments include completing more than 2.6 million square feet of industrial and business park development and redevelopment projects in the Portland-metro area.

Prior to joining Kidder Mathews, Klein was a principal at Trammell Crow Co. for nearly 15 years. He later served as executive director of Insignia/ESG Inc., managing all lines of business for all product types in the Oregon and Southwest Washington region. During his tenure at Trammell Crow, he oversaw the Industrial Properties Group.

Klein has served as president of the Oregon chapter of the National Association of Industrial & Office Properties. He also is a member of the Commercial Association of Brokers. He is a former member of the Kidder Mathews board of directors and an advisory board member of the Portland State University Center for Real Estate.

David Kotansky is a managing director with Colliers; he is the market leader for the Portland and Vancouver, Washington areas. Kotansky has built a 33-year career in commercial real estate centered on trusted relationships and strategic growth. He has guided clients and colleagues through changing markets while maintaining focus on both commercial results and team development.

Kotansky explained his approach balances clear strategy and disciplined execution with building environments where people feel empowered and invested in one another鈥檚 development. 鈥淚 focus on coaching leaders, aligning incentives, promoting inclusive decision-making, and creating systems that sustain both revenue growth and workplace health,鈥� he said.

Throughout his career, Kotansky has prioritized mentorship and helping others succeed. He noted his greatest accomplishment is still doing what he loves through sustained work with talented teams.

Kotansky served as past president and board member of NAIOP and as past board member of the PSU MRED program, contributing his expertise to industry organizations focused on commercial real estate education and professional development.
