Chris Battles oversees Oregon and Washington, including the Portland and Seattle metropolitan areas, for Cushman & Wakefield. She is credited with expanding C&W Asset Services’ Seattle portfolio exponentially over the past few years, from 600,000 square feet to 17 million square feet, as well as increasing revenue by 1,133 percent and expanding the employee base from one to 23.
Her most significant projects include managing the one-million-square-foot Mapletree, the company’s first large client in Seattle, and the 636,000-square-foot Deka, also in Seattle.
Battles is involved with C&W’s Women’s Integrated Network and Parents and Care Givers Together employee resource groups. She is an active member of BOMA’s Oregon and Washington chapters and regularly mentors others in the industry.
In addition, Battles was one of the Seattle & Northwest Connect CRE 2024 Women in Real Estate Award winners. The awards honor the achievements and inspirational stories of women who have reached respected leadership positions and taken on mentorship roles.
