Jeff Barber has worked in the real estate industry for 30 years and has extensive experience in client and tenant relations, management, lease administration, strategic planning, development, operations, project management, construction, marketing and budgeting.
As regional vice president for JLL in the U.S. West and Hawaii markets, Barber maintains a primary focus to assist owners in developing profitable real estate strategies linked to their business objectives. He also directs a team of property management professionals to meet the operational goals of each asset. He provides guidance in areas such as strategic planning, marketing and managing capital improvement programs.
Prior to joining JLL, Barber held multiple senior management positions with companies such as Homart Development, General Growth Properties, Schroder Real Estate, and Lendlease.
Barber is an International Council of Shopping Centers member, and has a Certified Marketing Director designation and a Certified Shopping Center Manager designation from the organization. He is a licensed real estate salesperson and broker in Oregon, and he holds degrees from Ricks College and Brigham Young University.
