Kirk L. Olsen is a principal in Trammell Crow Company’s Portland office. He has built a 23-year career in commercial real estate. During his tenure, Olsen played a key role in the substantial growth of the company’s Portland office, helping establish it as a significant presence in the Pacific Northwest market.

Olsen has demonstrated commitment to industry leadership through extensive volunteer service. He served as board president of NAIOP Oregon, guiding the state’s premier commercial real estate development association. He also led the Lake Oswego Schools Foundation as board president, supporting educational initiatives in his community.

Currently, Olsen serves on the executive committee of Portland State University’s Center for Real Estate Advisory Board, where he contributes to shaping real estate education and industry partnerships. He explained that he welcomes challenges as growth opportunities and prioritizes regular, clear communication in his professional approach.
