Over a career spanning more than 25 years, Robert Ball has become one of Portland’s most successful real estate investors. He’s also a developer, manager and owner. His expertise includes land planning, entitlement processing, market and feasibility analysis, design and construction, and the essential operational components of real estate investment.
Ball handles acquisitions, property analyses, development profitability forecasts, acquisition feasibility analyses, market condition evaluations, property due diligence, and overall project and real estate product concepts. He has created large-scale projects along with the formation of real estate development, sales and management companies.
A volunteer reserve police officer for the Portland Police Bureau, Ball holds the rank of commander and was awarded a police medal for valor and two Distinguished Service Awards from the Oregon Peace Officers Association, among other commendations and citations.
In addition, Ball has served on Portland’s Charter Commission, several nonprofit boards, and has been active in civic, neighborhood and community projects.
