Alison Hoagland, architect and principal, has spent 20 years developing projects that drive economic growth and innovation across multiple states. She specializes in creating facilities that support emerging industries and manufacturing sectors.

Hoagland’s notable projects include Panasonic’s electric vehicle battery manufacturing facility in De Soto, Kansas 鈥 the largest economic development project in the state’s history. The facility represents her focus on combining large-scale industrial development with clean energy initiatives and high-wage job creation.

Her leadership approach centers on assembling specialized project teams and empowering individual contributors to apply their expertise throughout project delivery. She emphasizes building collaborative environments where team members can openly discuss both capabilities and challenges.

Hoagland currently serves as chair of the board of directors for the Green Building Initiative, applying her expertise in sustainable built environments. She volunteers with Architects in Schools, a program run by her firm, and maintains memberships in NAIOP and the American Institute of Architects.
