Her career philosophy centers on equipping teams with the tools and information needed for success. 鈥淚 believe that everyone wants to do a good job,鈥 she explained. 鈥淔or myself, 90 percent of leadership is making sure that my crew have the tools, and information to do their work successfully.鈥

Morgan is a graduate of Oregon Tradeswomen, demonstrating her commitment to skilled trades education and professional development. She maintains active membership in the United Brotherhood of Carpenters, contributing to the broader carpentry community and advancing trade standards. Additionally, she serves as a member of the Guild of Oregon Woodworkers, reflecting her dedication to craftsmanship excellence.

Through her work at Mortenson, Morgan continues to shape her community鈥檚 built environment while fostering collaborative approaches to construction leadership.
