Kim Rush began her career at NW Natural in 1998 in numerous leadership roles covering communications, marketing and operations. In 2023, she was named senior vice president and chief operating officer in 2023. Then, on April 1, she began serving as president of the 166-year-old utility, which is headquartered in Portland and is the largest subsidiary of Northwest Natural Holding Company. As president, Rush oversees NW Natural鈥檚 strategic, financial and operational responsibilities.

Rush serves on the board of the Northwest Gas Association and is a member of the American Gas Association鈥檚 operations and sustainable growth committees.
