J. Brian Allbritton worked for two decades in the tech industry before shifting to nonprofit work seeking to make a difference. The highlight of his 11-year nonprofit career is rebuilding and reimagining Oregon Energy Fund.
鈥淭oday, OEF is stronger than ever. We continue to broaden our impact by bringing our expertise in bill payment assistance and infrastructure support to water security, another resource essential to the health and dignity of every Oregonian. The organization that once feared for its future now leads boldly toward a more stable and equitable one,鈥 he said.
Allbritton describes his leadership philosophy as one centered on helping people fulfill their potential, identify their unique skills and put them to use, and grow their personal interests into professional success.
鈥淭oday, I鈥檓 proud to lead a team that is driven, curious and constantly striving to be better. When people feel supported, valued and inspired, the results can be transformative. That belief continues to drive me every day,鈥 he said.
Allbritton鈥檚 community involvement includes volunteer trail maintenance and recreation access for the Northwest Trail Alliance.
