With more than 25 years of experience as an engineering consultant, Herb Fricke considers his greatest career accomplishment to be building a successful business that employs 170 people.
鈥淥ur success depends on the trust of our clients and the support of my staff,鈥 he said. 鈥淲e strive to always be at the forefront for our clients. Our reputation is the most precious thing we have. Without a good reputation, you will not have repeat clients or be able to win new ones.鈥
Fricke noted the importance of having a team that loves what they do while incentivizing them for success, consistently rewarding them for a job well done, and giving them the opportunity to pursue clients and projects that interest them.
鈥淲e also support employees to continue building their skills and take advantage of opportunities to advance their careers,鈥 he said.
