A partner at KPMG for a decade before joining AECOM in 2009, Troy Rudd held a series of operational and financial leadership positions, including chief financial officer, before being named chairman and chief executive officer in 2020.

Since then, Rudd has been credited with leading AECOM鈥檚 transformation into a leading infrastructure consulting firm and professional services organization. Over his career, he has developed extensive executive experience in the engineering, design and construction industries, professional services sector, finance, public company matters, international business, strategic planning, and mergers and acquisitions.

Through AECOM鈥檚 鈥淭hink and Act Globally鈥 strategy, Rudd has championed investments in talent development, innovation and technical excellence to strengthen the firm鈥檚 competitive advantage.

Under his leadership, AECOM has sharpened its focus on winning and complex programs and projects. The firm鈥檚 work in the Rose City includes the Portland Streetcar, Portland Mall LRT extension, the Pacific Hydro Portland Wind Energy project, and Providence Park.

Rudd鈥檚 community service includes serving on the executive boards of the SMU Lyle School of Engineering and the Sustainable Markets Initiative.
