鈥�Couer D鈥橝lene Granite LLC has leased 3,000 square feet at 1002-4 S.E. Clinton St., in Portland, from Lindquist Development. Scott Pierce, Michael Merino and Scott Maclean of Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented the lessor.
鈥�Orville 鈥楶ete鈥� Wilson has leased 2,375 square feet at Parkside Business Center, 7767 S.W. Cirrus Drive, in Beaverton, from Gateway Columbia Properties Inc. Ken Boyko and Ross Connor of Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented both parties.
鈥�Terra Firma Foundation Systems has leased 6,960 square feet at 19800 S.W. 129th St., in Tualatin, from Scott Martin. Scott Pierce and Gina Barendrick of Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented the lessee. Dave Ellis of Capacity Commercial represented the lessor.
