Opsis Architecture has promoted Lauren Loosveldt to principal, recognizing her leadership in design, management and studio culture. Over her tenure at Opsis, Lauren has made a lasting impact through the strong relationships she builds and her commitment to a people-centered studio culture. Her contributions have helped grow Opsis’ practice while guiding complex projects with clarity, responsiveness and collaboration.

Throughout her career, Lauren has championed sustainable, inclusive design. With expertise in green building and interior design, she brings a diverse perspective to higher education and civic work. Her collaborative approach and commitment to client service have helped deliver notable projects, including OSU-Cascades’ Student Success Center and Clackamas Community College’s Wacheno Welcome Center.

A 2023 91ÊÓƵ Women of Vision honoree, Lauren actively advances design thinking through industry leadership and speaking engagements. She has presented at ACUI National, DBIA Northwest Region and Greenbuild International and has served as an AIA Oregon volunteer on sustainability and legislative committees.
