Vice president, asset & corporate real estate services
Doug Bean & Associates Inc. is pleased to announce that Loyda Timmins has joined the firm as vice president of asset & corporate real estate services. Timmins brings nearly three decades of commercial real estate experience managing diverse portfolios of retail, office, industrial and mixed-use properties throughout the Pacific Northwest. Her expertise includes asset and property management, lease administration, budgeting, financial reporting, capital improvement planning, construction management, tenant and client relations, vendor oversight, and operational strategy. Throughout her career, she has earned a reputation for building strong client relationships, leading high-performing teams, improving operational efficiencies, and implementing long-term strategies that enhance property performance and maximize asset value.

In her new role, Timmins will lead the firm’s Property Management division, overseeing day-to-day operations, financial performance, lease compliance, maintenance programs, construction projects, and client service initiatives while supporting the firm’s continued growth. She is actively involved in the commercial real estate industry through BOMA Oregon, where she serves on the Education Committee, and was recognized as the 2022 BOMA Property Manager of the Year for her leadership and contributions to the profession.

If you had not chosen your current profession, what profession would you choose and why? I likely would have been a teacher, like everyone else in my family.
What was a recent (or favorite) vacation you took? My favorite vacations have always been our family reunions to southern Colorado.
What do you do when you want to relax? I love to read and watch movies.
Favorite book (or movie, band or pop culture item, etc.): The 鈥淥utlander鈥� series was a fabulous read.
