Take a tour of all the properties that at one time were mentioned as potential locations for the new Beavers Triple-A baseball stadium, and you’ll pass through most of the Portland-metro area: The Lloyd District, followed by Lents, then multiple sites in Beaverton, a quick jaunt to Hillsboro and Clackamas County, and back to Beaverton again.

But on Friday Peregrine LLC released its Beaverton Stadium Vision, which lays out the specifics of what a Beaverton stadium would look like.

听It would seat 8,600 for ball games and more than 10,000 for concerts.
听It would be intended as a “year-round destination.”
听It would be located near accessible public transportation.

Most importantly, Peregrine attached to the plan the stadium’s latest rendering.

Despite the vision plan, a specific location for the baseball stadium has not been pinpointed yet.

“This document is not specific to any proposed stadium location in Beaverton, as that decision has not been made by city officials,” Beavers’General Manager Chris Metz wrote in an email.
