Lane Community College in Eugene is looking for a contractor for a renovation of its Performing Arts Building. The renovation is part of a bond measure passed in 2008.

Work on the project includes installation of a new elevator, demolition of a bathroom and reconfiguration of adjacent spaces.

Eugene-based SOLARC Architecture and Engineering is the designer on the project. The firm has also designed projects for the University of Oregon and the Springfield School District.

A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 9 a.m. Wednesday, April 14 at Lane Community College, Building 7, Room 212K.

Bids on the project are due at 2 p.m. May 4.
