Construction Manager/General Contractor, or CM/GC: a contracting method in Oregon in which the general contractor, responsible for the construction of a project, also serves as the construction manager, responsible for coordination and communication between all parties involved in the project. CM/GC is technically a project delivery system which the project team rather the contractor alone shares responsibility for the project.
